Symbiotic..
One has zero benefit.
One has benefit for one of the parties.
One has benefits for both.
Benefits, much like love languages need to be reasonable and equitable. More importantly, they have to be learned and discussed.
Sync..
Tandem..
Symbiotic..
Balance..
Harmony...
As a coach, speaker, and author, I teach my clients to understand the differences. Differences. Not just in relation to people but in relation to themselves with their purpose and the world around them.
I am not here to do it FOR you.
I am here to do it... WITH you.
That is what partnership looks like.
That is what empowerment looks like.
That is what a reciprocal relationship looks like.
It is time that we both learn and practice the difference.
